We use the Illumina platform (X10, Novaseq, etc.) for improved cluster density and higher. For smaller projects or ones that necessitate longer read lengths, we use Illumina MiSeq instrumentation.
When applicable a variety of liquid handling and magnetic processors are used allowing for higher throughput and quality. Equipment includes Hamilton MicroLab STAR, Beckman Coulter Biomek FX, and Qiagen Biosprint 96. Omega Bioservices can handle projects from one sample to thousands based upon your project needs.
