For high throughput or large scale plasmid DNA preparation, we offer molecular biology grade or ultra-low endotoxin grade from both high-copy and low-copy plasmid grown from bacterial or yeast cultures. The standard molecular biology grade plasmids can be used for most downstream applications, such as automated sequencing, restriction enzyme analysis, labeling, ligation, cloning, and PCR without further purification. The ultra-low endotoxin grade plasmids can be used for mammalian cell transfection, in vitro transfection and gene therapy studies.
